Meet Julia Zhou
Founder & General Manager
With nearly 20 years of experience in yoga, Pilates and fitness products, Julia Zhou has developed a deep understanding of product development, market trends and consumer expectations.
Her journey in the fitness industry has shaped a unique perspective — combining manufacturing expertise with a strong sense of aesthetics and fashion.
Julia believes that fitness products should not only be functional, but also reflect lifestyle, personality and modern design. With her sensitivity to colors, materials, proportions and details, she continuously explores how to create products that feel premium, elegant and relevant to today's global market.
Unlike traditional manufacturers who focus only on production efficiency, Julia personally participates in product selection, color direction, sample evaluation, activewear fitting and packaging concepts. She pays attention to every detail because she believes that the difference between an ordinary product and an outstanding product lies in the details.
Under her leadership, TEAMFORCE has evolved from a manufacturing partner into a design-driven OEM & ODM partner, helping global brands create yoga, Pilates, activewear and fitness collections with stronger visual identity and market appeal.
